CCleaner: Install

Download CCleaner from this download-location: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

When the download is completed, open the file, that you've downloaded, and start the installation.

The installation starts with the question in wich language you want to install CCleaner.

Choose your language from the dropdown-list and click OK.

In the next screen, you can read the License Agreement. Read them and click I agree (if you agree with the terms) to proceed with the installation.

This screen gives you the opportunity to those the folder in wich CCleaner will be installed.

In most cases, the standard-folder (in my case
C:\Program Files\CCleaner) will do just fine.
In that case click Next to proceed.

If you need to install CCleaner in another folder, then:
* Click Browse
* Select the folder in wich you want the CCleaner-folder to be made and click OK.
You're back in the Install Location-window.
Click Next to proceed.

Now, you can select the additional options.
The 5 options are selected by default. If you want to deselect one or more options then remove the checkmark in front of it, by clicking on it.
When your done, click Install and CCleaner will be installed.

Please pay extra attention to the last option, Add CCleaner Yahoo! toolbar and use CCleaner from within IE!
If you don't deselect it, an extra toolbar (the Yahoo! toolbar) will be installed in Internet Explorer.

If you let the toolbar be installed and want to get rid of it, lateron, just uninstall the Yahoo! Toolbar in your Control Panel > Add/Remove programs

After the installation has been completed, click Finish to end the installation-program.

Be sure to look at the Option-menu, before you start using CCleaner, for usefull tips on how to setup CCleaner-options.
